Terms and Conditions


This giveaway is organised by Celsius Live Fit UK Ltd (“Promoter”, “us” or “our”) of Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 0UX, United Kingdom.


By entering the giveaway, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you have any questions about these Terms, or about the giveaway, please contact us at legal@celsius.com or via direct message on Instagram.


  1. Eligibility
    You are only permitted to enter the giveaway if you meet the following criteria:

    • •    You are aged 18 years old or above
    • •    You are resident in Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland
    • •    You are not an employee or worker of the Promoter or any of the Promoter’s group companies, or an immediate family member of such employee or worker
    • •    You are able to access the internet
    • •    You have an Instagram account and email address

    We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in your entry being void or a prize being forfeited.

  2. How to enter
    To enter the giveaway, you must do the following:

    1.    Follow the @Celsius_UK Instagram account

    2.    Like the Race Day Giveaway Post on the @Celsius_UK Instagram

    3.    Tag 2 friends on the Giveaway Post.

    If you do not complete all of these actions before the Closing Date, your entry will be invalid and you will not be eligible to be selected as a winner. Your entry will also not be valid if it is abusive or obscene, for example because your comment includes swearing or bullying language, or if it breaches any of these Terms.

    You may enter the Giveaway as many times as you like by repeating step 2 and tagging different friend’s accounts. No purchase is necessary to enter this Giveaway.
  3. Opening and closing dates
    The giveaway opens on June 21st, 2025 at 9:00am GMT (“Opening Date”) and closes on June 28th, 2025 at 18:00 (“Closing Date”).


    If we receive your entry before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date, your entry will not be valid, and you will not be entered into the giveaway.

  4. Prize
    There is a total of one (1) prize to be won. One (1) winner will receive the following prize (‘Prize’):

    • •    Two tickets to the 2025 Formula 1 British Grand Prix, Sunday Race, General Admission
  5. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    • •    There is no cash substitute for the prize. Prize is not transferable to other people.
    • •    If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute any prize for a different prize of equal or higher value.
    • •    Winner will not be able to choose flavour of Celsius, these will be randomly allocated.
    • •    Winner will receive their Prize via email
    • •    It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize
    • •    The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit or for any tickets not used.
    • •    The Winner will be liable for all costs and expenses relating to claiming the Prize (e.g. Winner is responsible for any costs related to travel, parking, food and refreshments at the British Race).
    • •    Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including social media posts, press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual Prizes may vary from the depictions.
  6. Selection of winner
    One (1) Winner will be randomly selected to win the Prize. The Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place after the Closing Date. The first valid entry selected will be awarded the Prize.
  7. How the winner is notified
    The Winner will be notified that they have won on or after the Closing Date via Instagram direct message from the official @Celsius_UK Instagram account.
  8. Claiming a Prize
    If you receive a direct message (“DM”) from the official @Celsius_UK Instagram account which states you have been selected as a Winner, you must take the following steps to claim your Prize:

    • •    Respond to the DM with your name and postal address and any other relevant information requested by the Promotor to confirm details and identity/age (+18).

    If you do not complete these steps to our reasonable satisfaction within five (5) days another winner will be selected, and you will forfeit your Prize.

    The Promoter will award the Prize within 30 days of the Closing Date.

    Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, the Prize will be dispatched to the Winner’s confirmed email address within 72 hours.

    In the unlikely event that a Prize does not arrive within 73 hours, the Winner must inform the Promoter by DM within a further 72 hours. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

    Provided no objection is received from the Winner, a winner’s list containing the surname and county of residence of the Winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available upon request from Celsius c/o legal@celsius.com.

    The Winner can object to their details being published within 30 days of the Closing Date. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested by them.

    The Promoter may request that the Winner participate in publicity arising from the Giveaway. Participation is at the Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

    The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

    • •    Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    • •    Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Giveaway.
    • •    Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    • •    Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    • •    Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    • •    Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    • •    Cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway.


  9. Liability
    Except in the event of our negligence, we do not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind. For example, if the Instagram app is not working for any period of time while the giveaway is open, we will not be liable for your failure to enter the giveaway before the Closing Date.

    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Giveaway or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

    The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that we may not exclude by law. Subject to that and save in the event of our negligence or that of our employees, we will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered in connection with this Giveaway or by accepting or using any Prize.

    You acknowledge that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You agree that Instagram will not be liable to you in respect of any loss, expense or damage you suffer in connection with this Giveaway.

  10. Personal data

    Any personal data you provide to us in connection with this Giveaway (for example, your name and address, where you are selected as a Winner) will be treated by us in accordance with our privacy policy , available at https://uk.celsius.com/privacy-policy.

    Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller by e-mail legal@celsius.com. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.

    We are required by law to make Winner’s surnames and county of residence available on request. We may also be asked to provide the same details to the UK’s advertising regulator, the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”). A Winner who does not wish us to disclose these details to members of the public who request them should let us know as soon as possible by emailing: legal@celsius.com. The Winner may also object to the disclosure to the ASA by emailing the same address, giving reasons. We will take these reasons into account if the ASA asks for the Winner’s details. Please note, however, that we may nevertheless still be required to disclose this information to the ASA. This may happen where, for example, we are required to demonstrate that a valid award of the Prize took place.

  11. Applicable law
    These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and we and you agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

    If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

    By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

    If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this giveaway in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Wales you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this giveaway in either the Welsh or the English courts.
